Terms and Conditions

I understand that

1. Declutter.sg will only contact me to confirm the collection within 2 working days of successful payment.

2. Declutter.sg will request for a photo of my items. Any delay or inaccuracies in the information (i.e. incorrect package selected due to weight etc…) provided by me could incur additional charges to match the accurate pricing or delay in pick up.

3. Declutter.sg reserves the right to refuse or cancel my order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in my order or other reasons.

4. If I request for a refund due to valid reasons, it will take 2 – 3 weeks to process and the amount will be less transaction fees.
